From airport pickups to exploring the island, everything was smooth and stress-free.Posted onVerified #1 Place to Visit EXCELLENT service my family and I received.We visited Riu Aquarelle last August and we had to come back with our family, we were there from Friday May 9th to Tuesday May 13th.It started a little rocky with the rooms what we requested was not available at the time of checking in, but the front desk make a promise us that the three rooms with KING size bed will be available for the family on Saturday and the promise they made to us were kept, WoW they came through. Thanks to the Front Desk...Great Service!!Your entire staff were great, playing around with my grandsons and the great conversation we were having, BUT there is two young ladies that took care of us last year, we had to go and see them again, they went above and beyond to make sure my family and I were comfortable in the dining area, Sasha Gay at breakfast and lunch and Sheryl at dinner, they are two of the best servers we have ever seen, they make us feel very much comfortable.The entire staff works very, very hard to make sure the we as guest gets the best service ever and we appreciates it and I hope other guests could take the time and let you know about the great staff you have. The performers were excellent, my wife said she saw Michael Jackson for free..I said yea right...
